For the purchase of single or multi-lift tickets, as well as Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer passes, you can contact the ticket offices located in Vigo di Fassa, at the departure station of the Vigo-Catinaccio cable car, and in Pera di Fassa, at the departure station of the Vajolet 1 chairlift.

For information about the area, hikes, and the summer activities, there are two info points: one at the departure station of the Vajolet 1 chairlift in Pera di Fassa, and one directly at high altitude in Pian Pecei.

Other parking lots are available further away should the ones listed above be full. A free shuttle service is provided during the months of July and August. This continuous service runs without a fixed schedule for all outlying parking lots.
